FOUNDER
Toph Edwards is the founder of Caddy Home Services, dedicated to providing high-quality home maintenance and improvement solutions. He started Caddy with the goal of making home upkeep more efficient and accessible for homeowners, fostering a culture of reliability, transparency, and dedication to every client's needs. Toph and his wife have 4 children and live in Queen Creek.
Todd Tucker
CONSTRUCTION
Todd is an Arizona native and has spent his entire career building homes in the Phoenix area. He and his wife have four children and four grandchildren. He enjoys skiing, cycling, and spending time with his family. His commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction has guided him throughout his career.
Jordan Hatch
OPERATIONS
Jordan graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with an emphasis in Spanish. Raised in Mexico, his bicultural upbringing has proved invaluable during his construction career. Jordan enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating. He and his wife live in Gilbert with their five children.
Lea Thompson
FINANCE
Leah received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. She started her career in 1996 doing accounting and administrative work at Cornerstone Homes & Development, while simultaneously working as a real estate salesperson. She and her husband live in Gilbert with their three children.
Moe Edwards
CLIENT RELATION
Moe's love for people is evident in her work and her dedication to helping families find their dream homes. She is a proud mother of six children and grandmother of seven grandchildren, and her amazing husband is her biggest supporter.
Joshua Hatch
OPERATIONS
Josh graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's Degree and has an MBA from The University of Phoenix. Raised in Mexico, Josh is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He and his wife live in Gilbert.
